Welcome to Fruit Maker : Fun Merge. These Terms explain the rules that apply when you use our game. Please read them before playing.

Your use of Fruit Maker : Fun Merge constitutes binding acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app and discontinue use.

This app is intended for users who meet the minimum age required by Google Play and local law. Parents and guardians who consent on behalf of a minor accept full responsibility for that minor's compliance with these Terms.

Class Action Waiver
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU HEREBY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO BRING OR PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION, MASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION AGAINST THE COMPANY. ALL DISPUTES MUST BE BROUGHT ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY.

Exceptions
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party retains the right to: (a) seek emergency injunctive or provisional relief from a court of competent jurisdiction; (b) bring an individual action in small claims court where eligible; and (c) make a complaint to a governmental authority or consumer protection agency.

Opt-Out
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms by providing written notice to our support team.

Termination

Either party can end this agreement. Here's how termination works for both you and Nao Chanelling Domain Platform.

You have the right to stop using Fruit Maker : Fun Merge and close your account at any time without penalty. Email our support team to request account deletion.

Termination for Cause: We may immediately suspend or terminate accounts involved in cheating, fraud, hate speech, or other serious violations, without prior notice when necessary to protect our community.

When your account is terminated: (1) access ends; (2) earned virtual items may be forfeited; (3) provisions that by nature survive (IP, indemnity, arbitration) remain enforceable.

Governing Law
